• Building bonds: Customer service isn’t just a department here — it’s the heart of what we do. You’ll listen to our clients, understand their needs, and provide the perfect solution (with a smile, of course).
• Making it rain: You’ll ensure every cent owed is collected, on time, every time. Refunds? Not on your watch.
• Pipeline wizardry: Track it, log it, close it. Your CRM will be your best friend as you keep your sales activities organized and on point.
• Reading the market: You’ll keep an ear to the ground, spotting trends, keeping tabs on competitors, and feeding that knowledge back into your sales strategy.
• Collaboration station: You’ll work with our rockstar Sales Manager and other teams to deliver the best customer experience possible.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or something similar (if not, tell us what else makes you awesome).
• Sales experience that shows you know how to bring in the dough. If you’ve worked in EdTech or SaaS, even better.
• Top-notch communication skills. You know how to talk, but moreimportantly, you know how to listen.
• You’re a problem-solver, self-motivated, and you know how to workboth independently and as part of a team.
• You’re familiar with CRM tools, and Excel doesn’t scare you.
