Get out of your comfort zone


Women are naturally cautious and analytical. This makes them very alert every little detail.It is good to be careful but for things whose outcomes are beyond your control, like launching a business or the acceptance of your product, you would only know when you just get out there.

Have a good head on your shoulders


Be realistic. Know where you are heading and also understand that it takes a lot of time and effort to reach there. Things can get rally tough at times and we are all humans and can break down. But getting yourself up on the track is important by the end of the day.

Overcome self-judgement


More than anyone else’s judgement, it’s your own self judgement and guilt that weighs you down. You should have to overcome your internal barriers first which would in turn allow you to fight outside and achieve.

Create a support system


You will be able to get rid of this guilt and self judgement only by creating a proper support system. You can have it all but you can’t have it all at the same time. You know you need to do that work fully aware of the fact that you have a family to take care of.

Create an army of supporters. Get help from family and friends- husband, mom or mother in law. Keep them informed on what you want. If you cannot get your family to do this, the hire help. Find a way to monitor.

Don’t let your fears run on you


Lack of confidence and the resultant fear of failure can knock you down. Infact, no one likes the idea of failing. Take the word, “fear” out of your dictionary. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is your confidence. Take a step at a time and eliminate fear and gain confidence.

Participate in events


You know you are the best. Do not keep it to yourself. Let the world know your abilities. And there is no better way to gain visibility than attending events. Don’t just attend any event, attend the ones that has influential people on the list. Make strategic use of mentors and get inspired.
